THIS case was brought up by writ of error from the Circuit Court of the United States for the district of Kentucky. There were three tenants in common of a tract of land in Kentucky, and the question was, how far the possession of the occupiers, holding under two of the three, constituted an adverse possession against the third, so as to entitle them to the benefit of the Statute of Limitation.
